I liked working with the festival to help bring the community together during COVID and being able to create and run my own online program.
What I wish was different
I wish that we had the opportunity to work together in person, however, with COVID that was not possible.
Advice
Communication with team members is key. Be engaged in team meetings and work with others to create and brainstorm.

What I liked
I loved the community that is built with the other staff and with the Ann Arbor townies. You get to know some of the customers and it is fun to build those relationships.
What I wish was different
I wish I had made more hours available to work, as it is such a short period when the festival is going on.
