What I liked

HR was very helpful and supportive during the whole interview process. I was given a lot of useful suggestions through phone calls and emails, which I really appreciated since I was only a fresh graduate and didn't have too much experience in the industry. The interview process with ASM is quite enjoyable!

What I wish was different

The onboarding process is delayed for some reasons, such as the cube assignment and office peripherals. Perhaps this is due to the pandemic effect. I hope things can go back to normal sooner.

Advice

Apply for it, just give it a try! I was hesitating to apply at first since I wasn't sure about the match of my skills and background with the position. I just closed my eyes and submitted my application, then I got the interviews and had some really nice talks with interviewers, and finally got the position. Don't be afraid, it doesn't hurt, do your best and let them decide!
