You, Neighbors, Nations. Three words that capture our vision. You were born for such a time as this. God gave you the gift of life, determined when and where you would live, gave you gifts, opportunities, and resources. Why? Because He wants you to become like Jesus and be used to reach your neighbors and the nations. No matter how famous or wealthy or great you might become in the eyes of others, there is nothing that you will ever be privileged to do that compares to becoming like Jesus and helping to change the world for Jesus. Bay Area exists to help people understand the gift of knowing Jesus, becoming like Jesus and encouraging others in their walk with Jesus.
Situated in the beautiful & historic city of Annapolis, Bay Area Community Church has grown from a living room church in the 1990s to a home for over 1500 regular attenders. Bay Area is home to contemporary, theologically sound and relevant Sunday worship gatherings, thriving Children's and Student Ministries and robust Men's, Women's and adult Single's Ministries. We have a heart for reaching the nations through our ongoing partnerships with Global Partners and annual Short Term Missions trips. We believe that we are Better Together and foster strong Christian community.
