At CCA we co-labor with parents to develop their children into young men and women of character and excellence who can change the world for Christ. God has brought together an incredibly talented and experienced teaching staff who inspire and engage students in a rich learning environment. We develop our students' talents so that they can use their abilities to have an impact for Christ in the marketplace.
So much of discipleship and learning happens beyond the classroom. CCA is well-known for its exceptional athletic and fine arts programs, and we have made significant investments in the lives of students through these powerful programs. In addition, there are robotics teams, service clubs, science clubs and so many more opportunities for students outside of classroom.
We are on a mission to train students to be like Jesus. None of us have arrived yet, including our teachers and staff. But we know what we are aiming for. And we explain to our applicants that you should only apply to CCA if you are interested in being trained to be like Jesus.
Some may think we’re aiming for too high of a goal, but Jesus actually expected us to become like him. Jesus said, “A student is not above his teacher, but everyone, after he has been fully trained, will be like his teacher” (Luke 6:40). Again, none of us have arrived at being just like Jesus, but that’s what we are aiming for and training for.
