What I liked
The team was incredibly patient and supportive during my time there. Additionally, the schedule was very flexible. The internship was hybrid- only two days were required to be in the office. The two days were chosen by you and your direct manager. Usually, there were no meetings scheduled for Friday and almost everyone on the team worked from home. The culture of the company is incredibly inclusive and has strong values that I aligned with.
