Great experience, learning from the senior site managers. Getting to see things happen that we talk about in class actually happen. Seeing the things that have been taught in class and applying them to actual work.

Everything, my field internship was perfect over the summer and then that turned into an internship for the fall school year 2019 in the Lexington office.

Advice
The more hands on experience you get the better you become for the future! Get out there and talk and interview with people and companies and just be as proactive as possible.

What I liked
The atmosphere at Gray is something special, I love the open office environment and how willing everyone is to offer their help when needed.
What I wish was different
There is nothing that automatically comes to mind, possibly a little more work like small projects, or something to keep us busy and learning.
Advice
Be sure to put yourself out there and ask questions and get to know the people at Gray. You'd be surprised at how many points you get just from walking around and asking for work or just simply socializing with everyone.
