I got great one-on-one mentorship, and was basically treated like a full-time staff member. I was able to pursue my own research project for the firm to help them in outward expansion and advocacy.

Be intentional about what kind of work you'd like to do while at the Justice Centre and what you want to learn, because the opportunities are there.
