I got to experience so many different aspects of forensic accounting. I created reports used in litigation proceedings but also dealt with operational issues of companies we took receivership of.

KapilaMukamal was a firm on the smaller side. This meant I got to establish relationships with everyone from the founders to the younger employees. Every single one of them was able to teach me a lot about what they do on a day to day basis. So, if you don’t get a huge internship don’t worry. Smaller companies can be great to learn about the industry.
