What I liked

Everything about this job was amazing! I love working at Mailchimp! It is an inclusive environment that harbors creativity and independence. The benefits, people, work place environment, culture, and free food are all great! The company supports the underdog and has exceptional corporate citizenship, alongside being transparent with employees and customers. I would definitely retire here!

What I wish was different

There is a lot of fun stuff happening often, so you can get easily distracted. The monthly cost of parking in the primary deck is pretty expensive .

Advice

Get to know as many people as you can. Building your network is the biggest advantage that you can have when trying to move up in the company. Before you even apply, make sure that you understand the company values and can align yourself with our relaxed work culture.
