What I liked

I liked to learn about the people that give out NSF research awards. They all had very interesting backgrounds and I liked to listen to their stories and how they got to their current positions.

What I wish was different

I wish that I had had more work to do while at the job. My responsibilities were few and when I had them, they were very short.

Advice

Talk to everyone! Everyone is so nice and willing to talk about their experiences. Especially if you are unsure of your career path like me, it is essential to talk to as many people as possible.
