Process Engineering Intern

What I liked

The opportunity to work on a variety of projects in different aspects of the company. I was in the lab, on the production floor, and it Quality Control testing center. My projects applied to many different areas of production. I also loved getting to be so hands on and learning from operators, engineers, and managers.

What I wish was different

I wish that I had been more exposed to some of the meetings and day to day proceedings for some of the engineers.

Do not be afraid to ask questions. It’s hard to go somewhere where everyone knows everything and you know nothing, but you will learn so much more quickly if you simply ask. Get out of your comfort zone.
