The Nanosystems ERC for Translational Applications of Nanoscale Multiferroic Systems (TANMS) is a multi-institutional Engineering Research Center focusing on research, technology translation, and education associated with magnetism on the small scale.

TANMS URP offers undergraduate students at our six campuses, including UC Berkeley, laboratory research experience in cutting edge multiferroic technology and its application in the development of nanoscale systems in memory, antennas, and motors.

12-week program February 6, 2017- April 28, 2017.
Students dedicate 6 hours a week, working under the guidance of a graduate student/post doc mentor, and receive a stipend. Applications currently being accepted: due November 30 2016. For details and to apply online go to:
