Advice

Speak up and talk to the manager more if you have issues or need help during work. It's their job to help you if you are under a lot of stress or aren't performing to your full capacity.

What I liked

Used to work at the same location in highschool with a different team. Both times I had excellent managers who cared about when I needed time off, and teaching me not only about how to run the restaurant but also how to develop myself personally and professionally.

What I wish was different

Wish I had worked on customer interactions some more and had made some better connections with upper management.

Advice

The customers and work load/pace can be difficult but it's a great place to learn about the food and customer service industry.

There’s not many crew members so you work a lot and shifts aren’t very flexible.
