What I liked
I was able to consistently work the whole time and their was never a time where where there wasn’t stuff to do.
What I wish was different
It was top performance driven, and there was too much employee turnover for us to consistently hit our goals.
Advice
Be prepared to work in a very hot environment. There was no AC in the building and the temperatures usually got to 90-100°F

What I liked
I enjoyed that there was always work to be done. There weren’t many times where we could just sit down and be lazy for an extended period of time.
What I wish was different
It just was not a great working environment. About half the employees would work about 2 weeks to a month and then quit and the high employee turnover was very difficult to overcome.
Advice
If you’re someone who enjoys physically demanding work for 7 hours at a time, this is a great job for you. However, it was difficult for me and I often was pushed to exhaustion daily.
