Summerlakes was formed with the sole purpose of acquiring and growing one technology company. We are led by an entrepreneur with a passion for technology, who seeks to take a full-time operating role in the acquired company and are backed by a group of investors with deep experience growing private companies. Our investors include nearly two-dozen current and former CEOs. Each is committed to providing advice and support to the business as well as acquisition capital.
Unlike a typical private equity firm, our goal is not to build a portfolio of multiple businesses. We will buy only one business, and we are committed to growing it long term.
