“I loved being able to actually do the work the officers were doing. There were very few moments where I was told I had to stay in the car, or not go in somewhere. I would say a total of 4 times. Ever other time I was allowed to assist in arrests, help at crime scenes, and speak openly with officers about cases throwing around ideas. It was a very healthy, safe and fast paced environment to intern in. ”
