What I liked
I liked my coworkers and the helpful atmosphere my supervisors created. I also enjoyed working with the children of Raymondville and Lyford.
What I wish was different
We were a new branch of our organization, so a lot of our time was spent building it from the ground up on the job. I would have liked for our workday to be a little more organized, but I understand we were in a difficult position.
Advice
One piece of advice I would share is that working with several children is a daunting task. There are a lot of different desires, needs, challenges, maturity levels etc. You must remain patient as the children are the most important part of the job.

What I liked
Working in a calm and quiet environment was one of my favorite things. In addition, they work around your schedule very well and set your education as a priority.
