What I wish was different
I wish the manager of the volunteer program took in consideration of those volunteers who just returned back from a task. Any task requires volunteers to walk across the hospital campus to buildings then back to the volunteer building. The walking and distances are not the issue; however walking back and forth without any rest in between does physically wear out the body. Therefore, if the managers at least considered that volunteers who just came back from tasks need to rest for at least a few minutes, it shows that they understand that volunteers are there to serve, not to be used.
