I enjoy the faster work environment since it feels like we do work harder and better than other retail stores.
What I wish was different
I really wish the management hadn't changed as that is the reason why I am quitting soon.
Advice
It's a good experience if you want to work at a non-laid-back retail job that seems to care about customers more than other stores. But have an open schedule if you'd like to work.

They involve you in all aspects of the business and believe in having you grow within the company.

There was a lot to learn when I first started, so I wish it would've been spread out so I had more time to learn those things.
Advice
I think it would help if you were very open minded. They have a set way of doing things that must be followed the way they like it so if you have another way of doing those things, it will be hard to adjust.
