I really liked the structure of the program. My personal interpretation is that students really benefited from participating. The other staff members were very friendly and welcoming. Overall this was an extremely rewarding experience.
What I wish was different
I wish the program would have gone a bit longer. I really enjoyed my time with the students and I feel as though they gained a lot from it.
Advice
I would say that you should never base your judgements of a person off of a first impression. You never know what someone's story is, some people just take a bit longer to show you who they are on the inside.
