The projects I work on are ones I have helped coordinate/plan. All of the work I’ve completed is a result of the planning I’ve been involved in.
What I wish was different
I wish it had been at a different time where projects can get completed in a timely manner. All of the supply chain and labor shortages put a lot of our projects back and some are moving at a snail’s pace.
Advice
Be able to tackle a lot of responsibility. Not only is chemical engineering knowledge important here, but also chemistry and a little bit of mechanical know-how is important.
