What I liked

My experience at VSP Global was amazing. From the amazing team and people to the beautiful environment, it is easy to fall in love with VSP Global. It gave me the opportunity to develop my professional skills, explore different positions by shadowing different teammates, and learn new skills I wasn't able to learn in the classroom. I would highly recommend anyone to intern at VSP Global.

What I wish was different

I wish I could have shadowed more people before Covid hit.

Advice

Write questions you have down and ask other interns first. If you can't figure it out within an hour, ask the team. Do not be afraid to ask questions!

What I liked

I liked how the intern program was organized. I was the only intern on my team so I got special attention from my teammates, but I was one of 20 other interns in the program so I made a lot of friends and was able to learn about what other teams did.

What I wish was different

I wish it was a little more fast paced, because at times I could be a little bored.

Advice

Use this opportunity to reach out to different people within the company and learn about as many different positions and possible career paths as you can.
