Swim Coach and Lifeguard

What I liked
I like working with kids and at a pool because I grew up swimming year round and hanging out at the pool.
What I wish was different
I wish I had been paid more. I barely made the same as I did the year before.
Advice
I think it’s a valuable life skill, being a lifeguard. However, some people aren’t serious about the job so don’t let them hold you down.
