Former Business & Integration Architect Senior Analyst at Accenture

Just be yourself. Compared to many other interviews I've been through, Accenture was a very comfortable process. All of my interviews were more like conversations and measuring your people skills and communication rather than difficult questions to try stump you.
My biggest suggestion for you is to be yourself. Also, keep in mind that if you have been invited to an interview, it means the recruiters already like you enough on paper, they just want to get to know you further. So just be yourself during the interview and be smart. You will be fine.
The things that I highlight in an interview for this role is my exposure to executive presence and that the project that I was on was reported to the chief analytics officer (CAO) of Accenture. Another thing to speak about would be the skills that I had developed during my time there. During this internship it heavily relied on Excel and PowerPoint skills. I would describe how I developed them through the tasks I had to do using those skills. Additionally, this internship made me problem solve on the fly, so being able to speak to how I did that and what I contributed to the team by being able to problem solve quickly was an important aspect.
