A lot of the support comes from the supervisor that is on your team. They will be with you every day to
give you tasks, career advice and just being someone to lean on when you need help with something.
Besides the supervisor, who will probably be a 3 rd year analyst on the team, the MD is someone you can
reach out to if you create that type of relationship. You can ask to have monthly check-ins to talk about
your experience so far on the project and on the team. There is a program called the Accenture
Consulting Readiness Program (ACRP), that provides you with a mentor to help prepare you for possible
consulting interviews, career advice and whatever else you may want to learn about. Right now, I have a
mentor that meets with me every week to help prep me for interviews. By networking and reaching out
to people I have been able to set up meetings with MD’s within Accenture’s network to get advice on
career paths. Everyone I have met have been more than willing to speak with me to provide advice and
answer any questions that I may have.
