Not a great deal, really. You are assigned subsidiaries and mostly work with the support and contract teams. Upper management only steps in if there is a new process they want to review or if there is an issue that needs to be addressed. There are ad hoc reports sent to upper management so they will see the result of your work. This helps provide exposure for you.

Upper management was extremely helpful. There are very understanding when it comes to their employees, especially ones at an entry level. No one ever felt afraid to make a mistake. As long as you own up to the mistake, they will help you understand how to learn from it.
