My instructor for training was very knowledgable, patient, kind and professional. I had a new learning experience and the people working in the scheduling department were very understanding and kind.
What I wish was different
I wish i had longer hours, but only worked a couple of days in a week instead of 6 or 7 days. I wish that my hourly wage was a bit higher, but i mainly chose this job for learning experience purposes.
Advice
Do not take a job in the medical field if you are not serious and passionate about it. Always be caring, professional, and uphold the concepts of nonmaleficence, autonomy, and benefience.
