What I liked
I loved the environment and being able to see the impact that I was making on people's lives. It was a very collaborative environment where I felt supported.
What I wish was different
There were some instances when communication was difficult because of the online setting, however for my position online was the best option.
Advice
Communication is key, with the people on your team and off knowing what everyone is doing is important.
