Accuity is great at giving you the ability to work in multiple industries. They have a diverse clientele list so I was never on the same type of engagement for the three months. They provide a lot of guidance and training. The team is great if you have questions and very welcoming.
What I wish was different
They provide above market pay for Hawaiʻi but it does not compare to California, well below market here.
Advice
Advice I would give is ask questions if you get stuck! It may be daunting but it is better to ask than to sit there and not know. Always ask for more work especially on slow days even if their isnʻt any work to be done. Make sure to check in with your mentors, they have great feedback.
