What I liked

The team was open and kind. Everyone was willing to help and teach me what I needed to succeed. The orientation was also great.

What I wish was different

I wish I had a chance to see what things were like at ASF before Covid-19.

Advice

I suggest students intern at different kinds of organizations, like companies in different industries or sizes, or government versus private versus public. Working at ASF was very different from my previous experience and I now know what kind of organization I want to work for when I graduate. Working at ASF gave me an experience you don't get at massive corporations.
