I do wish that this internship was a program where I would be able to get asked back for a full time position.
Advice
I suggest this experience to anyone in the health services administration field. It gave me a perective on each side of healthcare really helping me understand how the system operates.

Highly recommend doing a nurse externship if you are a nursing major. You grow in knowledge and in your autonomy immensely and I would not be as confident in my skills now if I wouldn’t have done it
