The work was straightforward and the employer took the proper time to teach every employee their role.

The need to work in several different positions at the warehouse with a moment's notice and sometimes little training was difficult at times.
Advice
This job is good to start and make money but it is difficult so it is important to stick through the first couple weeks and adapt to the pace and workload.

What I liked
I really liked how we as employees were able to complete our day on our own. We saw our names on the tv and went straight to our work station. It was very convenient.
What I wish was different
I wish there was a colder temperature set for those work station in AFE because it gets so hot when we work fast and start sweating. I also wish that the employees were taught the basic rules of working in our station prior to be let go because the majority of us had suffered reprimand for something we were never taught.
Advice
I would say that you should make sure you are comfortable when you come to work everyday, bring water and food, and be open, bold, and direct with your managers about things you are concerned about.
