The flexibility of the schedule was great because everyone is their own independent employer. The growth track to get into management is not based on experience or tie commitment only on results.
What I wish was different
I wish the consistency was better across agency offices. Every office does things a bit differently which makes it a bit difficult.
Advice
Be prepared to work hard and long hours in the beginning. The opportunity to make good money is there if you commit to learning sales skills, products, and the process they have at American Income Life.
