What I liked
I enjoyed all of the responsibility even though it was a difficult thing to get used to right off the bat. I also enjoyed the community that I lifeguarded for and taught swim lessons at over the Summer. The beach was great and it helped as I grew up there myself.
What I wish was different
I wish I had not been the only one with the responsibilites or scheduling and planning events for the lake. I understand it comes with the title, but help along the way would be greatly appreciated as everyone is watching the decisions I make.

What I liked
I have learned so much in this experience, and I have been able to put into practice what I am learning in my Social Work classes. I have also had a great supervisor who has answered all my questions and more.
What I wish was different
Nothing that I can think of.
Advice
Don't be afraid to put yourself out there and try something you have never done before! You will grow so much from the experience.
