I loved how it was virtual. flexible, and friendly. The small team seemed to cover a large scope, yet they were so knowledgable and it was so easy to ask any of my supervisors or colleagues questions.
What I wish was different
I wish I had more of an in-person experience, but this is something out of the company's control.
Advice
Pacing yourself and creating an individual schedule makes you a lot more productive. You're not getting it done just to meet a deadline, but rather doing something to add value to the company.
