What I liked
The people are amazing, the work rewarding, and the office culture great. First, my coworkers and managers are all super understanding and helpful.
When I first joined the team, they were patient and answered all my questions. When i made mistakes they wouldn't put any blame on me and would work together with me to fix it. The people are probably my favorite part of Amplify.
As for work, you get to work on the actual applications that gets used internally by support and externally by actual customers. The things you do directly affect and help the company and its a really rewarding experience.
