What I liked
I feel extremely supported in my role as a new teacher with Apple Valley. I've been offered a lot of training and it's helped me grow.
What I wish was different
When I was hired, I wasn't given a lot of time to plan or organize myself in my classroom at the beginning of the year. It caused a rocky start for me and my school year.
Advice
Teaching is hard. Allow yourself to make mistakes and improve yourself each day.
