My favorite thing was the ability to have a measurable effect. It is a small company and there was a lot to do, so we were always learning and making a difference around us.

Advice
Get to know as many people (other engineers in my case) as you can. The practical knowldege and information is always practical and doable.

What I liked
I absolutely loved that APR Energy wasnt another typical company that would source EE students just for power needs
What I wish was different
I wish I had more time at the internship to really get more experience. I feel like I was only able to get a small crumb off the table, and with school proceeding now I'm still very much hungry for the experiences I would've gained had I been able to intern throughout the school year.
Advice
Be open-minded. There were so many concepts that APR was able to shed a light on for me. And not just with Electrical concepts but Mechanical as well.
