What I liked

The ability to work from home.

What I wish was different

I wish there was more downtime between calls. It was non-stop.

Advice

Attitude means everything. We learned to smile when we spoke to clients on the phone and it really worked to keep things upbeat. I think in all business, this should be the case, of course, unless smiling is not acceptable.
