What I liked

I loved working in a community and on a team with different leadership staff. There was a lot of individual growth that I experienced.

What I wish was different

Maybe having a week off would be nice. But even without it it’s still an incredible place to work! Non-leadership staff do receive a week off.

Advice

Go into this with an open mind and heart? This place can and will transform you if you let it.
