Group supervision, my co-workers, work hours and days, work around my school schedule, hands on experience with clients on a group and individual basis, was exposed to experience with managing client files and how to complete tasks on NJ SAMS
What I wish was different
Better individual supervision and we were short staffed a lot so it could get a little stressful at times
Advice
It's absolutely useful to find an internship/employer who let's you get right into action and not just give you clerical tasks.
