I really enjoy how my supervisor allows me to make mistakes, but then takes the time to teach me the proper way to accomplish the task
What I wish was different
I wish I did not have to work remote for the first two months.
Advice
Be a sponge try to soak up everything that is offered. Also, don't be afraid to speak up when you have an idea. As students we are learning new techniques that may not be common knowledge in that field yet.
