I really liked everything. The program is very well-rounded and also specific to your individual wants and needs. They also have a program where you can pitch ideas to their executive team and managers that, if they like the idea, they will actually input into the business and put your idea into fruition, which is really cool.

What I liked

I loved everything, I got to learn a lot about cars, people, and business. The coworkers were always ready to teach me anything I had questions about, and they became very close to me. I learned a lot from the customers as well, and got my first job experience down.

What I wish was different

The pay schedule here was every two weeks, which was different for me. It was something I would change, but was not an issue either.

Learn everything you can from every work experience you have.

I wish there were more opportunities to move up or get raises within the company for people who perform above average.

For working in auto parts sales I suggest studying information on vehicles that are often brought in the store to better help customers.
