What I liked
I love the people I work with, they are kind and hard working and care about helping each other out.
What I wish was different
Sometimes we are a little short staffed and it is hard, but management tried their hardest to get shifts covered.
Advice
Working in long term/rehab care is hard. Time management is a huge part of being successful.

Making sure you like being a CNA before you start nursing school is so important. They’re very closely related, so if you don’t like one, you probably won’t like the other.
