What I wish was different
While most managers and supervisors are reasonable and laid-back, the store director is often rude and impolite, and often bluffs and makes threats to get the most out of his employees for the least amount of pay. If he was removed from the experience, I would have no problems, aside from the day-to-day difficulties of working with customers.
