My favorite part of the internship was learning the ins and outs of accounts payable and gaining competence in that area. I am starting to feel very comfortable with working in accounts payable and it makes me happy to know that what I've been learning in the class room is relevant.
What I wish was different
I wish there would've been more time to explore more areas other than accounts payable. The day-to-day activities keep you very busy so it's understandable that there's little time to explore other areas.
Advice
It's okay to make mistakes, it can be a bit overwhelming in the beginning but if you ask questions everyone is super helpful.
