They have a very casual and friendly environment. I loved my job, and they created a position that fit my skills and experience. The company culture is amazing, and everyone is so nice. I was able to create my own schedule, as long as I let my supervisor know when I was working, and I got reimbursed for my travel days. I had a great time working for Baker's.

This position helped me to understand that sometimes we, as students, have a different type of skill set than people are used to. Don't be afraid to speak up about ideas you think could be beneficial!
