This was a great place to gain hands on experience as an actuary. The actuarial team is small, so I was able to take on many diverse projects that allowed me to gain credibility.
What I wish was different
Overall, there is nothing negative to say about Bankers besides how cold it is in the building. Advice to management: the office is a tundra and things need to change!
Advice
Tackle as many projects as you can to gain the most out of the experience. Ask lots of questions and put 100% effort into all projects that you work on.
