I love my co-workers it’s a safe place. Everyone is very welcoming and you’d never feel uncomfortable to ask for help.

Nothing honestly.
Advice
Just be ready to work. There so much to do in the store. Even when you think there’s nothing there’s something.

I loved working around people and the beautiful scents. I also loved stocking because we had access to see new products early.
What I wish was different
The management there was as good as I thought.
Advice
I would recommend working someone where it is chill and not much to do really. And bath and body works is perfect.

Monthly gratis, associate-only sales, there are sometimes pay raises (but not often), I like my coworkers and managers.
What I wish was different
Less emphasis on conversion as a sales metric, better pay for the level of service we're expected to provide.

It's a retail job, take it for what it is.
