The people! The people I work for are the most caring and genuine individuals. They are genuinely interested in the well being of their student workers and ensuring they are not overworking their students is their priority. They are also flexible with my hours because they understand I am a student and they know the importance of that. I have never been so welcomed and encouraged to be myself in a work environment as I have here at MA.
What I wish was different
I wish that I did not work so much during the summer. By the time school started I was already burned out and did not feel relaxed going in to the school year.
Advice
I would like to say and share that you have to be open to opportunities. Take every opportunity you can while you can because those opportunities lead to connections and they help to increase your skills and specialties.

August 2016 • Waco, TX
What I liked
It's a very laid back job, and the managers are approachable
What I wish was different
When I first started there wasn't a whole lot of instruction. You'd be given a task and have to figure out how to accomplish it. That's changed now, though.
Advice
Never be afraid of asking questions. It is better to ask when you're unsure of what to do, then to just go ahead and do it and make a mistake.
